Preserving Cucumbers

It’s that time again in mid to late summer when it seems like cucumbers are everywhere. Your garden is overflowing with cucumbers, friends and neighbors are trying to get rid of as many cucumbers as possible, and it seems like the harvest might very well go to waste. Don’t let that happen. Here are a few ways that you can preserve your cucumbers at home.

• Make pickles
• Dehydrate your cucumbers to make pickle chips
• Freeze your cucumbers
